Mike Szustak is best described as a hardworking, diligent, and a results driven individual. He graduated from Villanova Business School and earned his Master’s degree in History. His experience in leading political campaigns shows the leadership and commitment to the work ethic he prides himself on when dealing with buyers and sellers in his day to day real estate business.
Mike lived in five different states and Washington D.C. therefore he knows the amount of energy and time it takes when finding the right property. He first became interested in real estate as his profession when looking through houses. Mike explained, “You start to dream about what your future could be. I bought a house and loved it so much that I made it a career.” Now he dedicates himself to residential sales where matching one’s lifestyle to their perfect property is his passion. He also focuses on helping first time home buyers flow through the process.
Initially starting his journey with real estate in the Philadelphia area, Mike brought this experience back to his hometown. He remembers his first deal in that area vividly. “My first client was in the teeth of a hot market in Philly. He lost four bids before he had an offer accepted. Then he almost didn’t make it to close, but he got a great deal in a great area. Rehabbed it. Now he has a great home.”
Mike’s main hobbies include: art, cooking, sports (especially being a fan of the Phillies, Eagles & Villanova Basketball), graphic design, and making TV advertisements in his spare time. He resides in the Kingston area.
As an affiliate with Lewith & Freeman’s Kingston office, Mike is servicing and specializing with buyers and sellers throughout the Luzerne County market, especially Kingston, Forty Fort, Plains and the Back Mountain.
